A proposed passenger rail route connecting Cincinnati, Dayton, Columbus, and Cleveland, could mean big bucks for Cincinnati and beyond. That's the message from a group advocating for the creation of what's known as the 3C+D route.
The last time Cincinnati, Columbus and Cleveland were connected by rail was more than 55 years ago, despite Cincinnati and Cleveland being less than 250 miles apart.
