This weekend, All Aboard Ohio is hitting the rails in a spirited journey to the Windy City—with teams departing from both Cleveland and Cincinnati in a friendly “Race to Chicago.” But this isn’t just about speed—it’s about strategy, collaboration, and the future of passenger rail in Ohio.

Once in Chicago, participants will tour key transit facilities and meet with national leaders from the High Speed Rail Alliance, the Rail Passengers Association, and the Environmental Law & Policy Center. These conversations will focus on advancing rail, strengthening regional connectivity, and building the kind of modern infrastructure Ohioans deserve.

Why It Matters

Ohio is at a crossroads. With renewed federal investment and growing public support, the time is now to reimagine how we move—connecting our cities with fast, frequent, and sustainable rail service. This trip is more than a visit; it’s a statement of intent.

All Aboard Ohio is proud to represent our state in this moment of momentum. Whether you're cheering from home or riding along, stay tuned for updates as we bring back ideas, inspiration, and a renewed commitment to making Ohio a leader in passenger rail.
