After decades of talks and failures, an effort to make passenger rail a more viable choice for travel in the Tri-State could finally become a reality.
That's because of new funding to study Amtrak services across four Ohio routes, including one connecting Cincinnati to the state's other biggest cities, Dayton, Columbus and Cleveland.
