Here at All Aboard Ohio, we're passionate about the future of transportation in our state and nation. We know that passenger rail isn't just about nostalgia; it's about building a connected, sustainable, and prosperous future. And we know many of you feel the same way!

That's why we are thrilled to announce the launch of the official All Aboard Ohio Book Club!

This is a space for advocates, enthusiasts, and curious readers to come together, share ideas, and deepen our understanding of the vital role railways play in our modern world. We want to foster a community where we can explore the policies, technologies, and stories that shape the past, present, and future of train travel.

To kick things off, we've chosen a book that gets right to the heart of our mission: "How The Railways Will Fix the Future" by Gareth Dennis. This inspiring read explores the transformative power of rail and offers a compelling vision for how it can address some of today's most pressing challenges, from climate change to economic inequality.

We'll be kicking things off on August 15th, and plan for about 6 weeks of reading. You'll find updates on social media and our book club email list which you can register for below. Until then we invite you to grab a copy of the book and get ready for a fantastic conversation.

Ready to join us on this new journey?

To find links to purchase the book and, most importantly, to sign up for our official Book Club Mailing List for all updates and discussion details, please visit our hub:

Our Mission

We advocate for better transit and passenger rail throughout the Midwest. Your support helps us.

St. Louis must spend $1.4 million to modify new trains that are too tall for their tunnels, but Cleveland cannot acquire these units due to critical voltage and door incompatibilities. Despite sharing the Siemens S200 model name, the fleets are mechanically unique, validating GCRTA's decision to custom-engineer its own vehicles rather than relying on shared designs.
