Outreach Opportunities Coordinator

Position Summary:
All Aboard Ohio is seeking one to two Volunteer Outreach Opportunities Coordinators to identify and set up
speaking and tabling opportunities for AAO chapters and volunteers. This role connects AAO to community groups,
civic organizations, and local events where our chapters can present on transportation advocacy.
Key Responsibilities:
● Identify community groups, civic organizations, libraries, schools, and events open to hosting a
transportation-focused presentation or table
● Reach out to prospective hosts and coordinate scheduling and logistics
● Match outreach opportunities to the right AAO chapter or volunteer presenter
● Maintain a running list of outreach leads, contacts, and event details
● Coordinate with chapter leaders to confirm details and hand off logistics
Preferred Qualifications:
● Comfortable reaching out to new contacts and organizations
● Organized and reliable with scheduling and follow-through
● Interest in community organizing or grassroots advocacy
