Community & Business Outreach Researcher

Position Summary:

All Aboard Ohio is seeking one to two Volunteer Community & Business Outreach Researchers to identify engaged

businesses and community leaders across Ohio's legislative districts who care about transportation issues. This role

builds the relationships and contact lists that help AAO grow its base of local voices and allies in communities

across the state.


Key Responsibilities:

● Identify local businesses with a stake in transportation, walkability, or economic development who may be

receptive to AAO's mission

● Identify engaged community members, civic leaders, and local advocates within each of Ohio's legislative

districts

● Compile organized contact lists with relevant background and areas of interest

● Coordinate with staff and board on outreach priorities by district or region

● Track relationship status as contacts are engaged

Preferred Qualifications:

● Interest in community organizing or local business/civic engagement
