We have new leadership in Southwest Ohio! Mitch Radakovich has stepped down from leading the Cincinnati chapter to put full focus on his work leading statewide strategy and operations. Stepping into his place are two active chapter members, who we are so excited to introduce.

First is Andrew Hesch. Andrew is a resident of Covington, KY, just across the river from Cincinnati. Andrew grew up in the Columbus area and attended Dennison University in Granville. He lives with his wife and two cats, and enjoys golf, skiing, wine and gardening (also trains). Andrew works for Huntington Bank in Cincinnati, as a commercial banker who specializes in government and nonprofits.

Andrew likes to say that he is a transportation convert – over the past few years, he has grown very interested and passionate about the opportunities for improving our transit systems across the state. He is excited to lead new events and continuing the growth of the chapter.

Joining Andrew is Ryan Minnich. Ryan is a longtime resident of the Cincinnati area, and a graduate of Princeton High School and the University of Cincinnati.  Ryan works as a Project Designer for New Republic Architecture and loves designing the places where people spend their lives. He is especially interested in historical renovations and developing accessible affordable housing.

Ryan lives in the Northside neighborhood and has been an outspoken transit and sustainable development advocate for many years. Ryan’s connections and passion for development and transportation will be invaluable for the Cincinnati chapter’s future.
